This week a child was struck by a vehicle in Loudoun Valley Estates and taken away in an ambulance.
It is not known whether speed was a factor.in this incident, nor who was at fault. Despite new speed limit signs, signs in the clubhouse, articles in the newsletter, website and mass e-mails, speeding continues to be an ongoing concern in our community. |
The Traffic Committee is asking for volunteers to help collect signatures for its petition to Loudoun County for help. They also need help distributing flyer's (at school bus stops, to neighbors/friends, community entrances, events and door to door). Any amount of time you can contribute to these efforts will help.
