Toll Brothers has scheduled the Street Acceptance Inspection with VDOT for the streets within sections 1D & 1E for the week of September 13th. If you live in these sections and you have received past notices from Toll Brothers asking that irrigation heads be removed from the right of way, plantings moved away from mailboxes, etc. this will be the final inspection and if those items haven't been addressed Toll Brothers will be required to do it for you. How do you know if something is in the VDOT right of way? Look at where the concrete driveway apron and your asphalt driveway intersect then visualize an imaginary line around your front and side yards adjacent to the street. Specific questions you may have should be directed to Toll Brothers at (703) 729-0951.
