Pet Owners: Please pick up after your pets in the common areas when walking your beloved pet and also in your back yards. The smell is always unpleasant but especially during the heat of the summer and trust us the calls are "piling" up in the office. Show the courtesy and pick it up and make this a pleasant community for everyone.

Covenants Committee Meeting

The Covenants Committee is scheduled to meet at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 18th at the Clubhouse. Applications are available online or can be requested from the On-Site office via e-mail to hoaoffice@lvehoa.com. You can bring them by the office during regular hours, leave them in the drop box located outside the Clubhouse front door, e-mail to hoaoffice@lvehoa.com or fax to (703) 729-2230. Applications should be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 17th for review by the On-Site Manager. Questions can be directed to the HOA office.

LVEHOA 2010 Pool Hours

The pools are OPEN! For those residents who don’t already have their permanent pool passes come by the Clubhouse with proof of residence, fill out the paperwork and smile pretty as we take your picture. You can also contact hoaoffice@lvehoa.com for information on getting passes without an office visit. Pool passes are now required at both pools, entrance will not be granted if you do not have the passes.

Please Change the Lightbulbs

We respectfully ask each resident to replace any burned out lights as soon as possible. The additional light provides safety within our community. For some you may have to reset a GFCI recepticle that shares the circuit with your light, this is especially true in the Meadows. We completed our second Spring inspection of the Meadows lights Wednesday, April 21st and almost 60 lights are still out. Your neighbors who like to walk around in the evening thank you. And the Neighborhood Watch committee thanks you for your efforts to make the community safer by making it brighter. Thank you!

Parking on the Wrong Side of the Road

Not only is it unsafe but parking on the street in the wrong direction (driver side to the curb) is illegal in Loudoun County (see item 10 below), and the State of Virginia. Please take a moment and refresh your memory on the parking laws.

Veggie Gardens

Many of you are getting ready or thinking about planting vegetable gardens, please remember the Community Guidelines do NOT permit vegetable gardens in the front or side yards. Thank you.

Yard Waste Collection – Wednesdays

Starting March 1^st LVE’s yard waste collection will be in effect each Wednesday. Please contact AAA or the On-Site Office if your yard waste is not collected. Do not put your yard waste at the curb for collection prior to Tuesday night as it detracts from the beauty of the community.

Trash Can & Recycling Toter Storage

Just a friendly reminder – trash cans and recycling toters should be stored out of sight. So, if you hide them in your bushes where we can still see them they are NOT out of sight. And if you park them on your driveway in plain view they are NOT out of sight. It is a small thing but it goes a long way to keeping the community a nice place to live. Thanks.
