Vandalism and Trespassing at our pools!

For those of you that have not heard this summer our pools have been broken into multiple occasions causing damage preventing use and requiring the HOA to spend money to repair. The people responsible have also been swimming in the pool which puts all of us at risk.

Those responsible appear to be teen/college age both male and female. We have video of them but to date we have not been able to identify them. If we do we will turn the footage over to the police and the HOA will likely press charges against the individuals.

The latest incident was last night, we have once again asked the sheriff's office to patrol the pools and arrest anyone found in the pool area late a night. We have also set the video system to email the several individuals that can remotely monitor the pools and contact the police. That being said if you have teen/college aged children that are out late at night, come home wet, you might want to talk to them. The HOA will press charges and your children might just end up in the courts with criminal records. The HOA will likely request full payment for repairs to the pool area, fences and lights that is well into the $1,000's.
