Reflection Lake - Work in Progress

Over the past many years the HOA has received numerous complaints and/or concerns about the appearance of Reflection Lake and the surrounding open space including the water quality of the lake. Starting later this month Toll Brothers will start to remediate many of the area's that are just rock and will not support plant life. This will involve significant work in the area that might include heavy equipment.

The HOA has decided to take this opportunity to make improvements at the same time. The improvements will include two fountains and a sprinkler system that will stretch the length of the lake. This will also require the HOA to install an electrical service to power the fountains and sprinklers.

The work will take a couple of weeks to complete after it starts later this month.

Some notable items:
1. The sprinklers will use water from the lake.
2. There will be 50+ sprinkler heads, most with 40' radius (big) this will both cover the grass and trees and might help clean the path of the goose poop.
3. The fountains will help keep both upper and lower sections of the lake healthier.
