HOA Information

As the community grows the HOA is attempting to use the website to inform the HOA Members of events and issues that are impact the community. The website will also help the HOA provide important documents in a self service manner enabling members to have access to new policies, forms and applications outside the regular business hours of our office. Each profile we have now has all of the information we need to stay connected with every household that belongs to Loudoun Valley Estates.

We are asking everyone to ensure their profiles are filled out completely, this will enable the HOA to determine who does not have an account and might be missing some of our communications. 

As of today 1/14/09 we have approximately 540 website accounts which only equates to around 300 unique addresses. The HOA has over 700 members so we have a long way to go to ensure we have the full membership represented.
