LVE PAVING NOTICE

Attention Homeowners of Loudoun Valley Estates. Toll Brothers, Inc. wishes to inform residents that paving operations are scheduled for Thursday, July 1st, through Wednesday July 14th, weather permitting. The following roadways will be affected: Gleedsville Manor Drive, Lucketts Bridge Circle from Gleedsville to Oatlands Grove Place, Oatlands Grove Place from Lucketts Bridge Circle to Taylorstown Hunt Place, Hillsboro Hunt Drive.

Toll Brothers, Inc. wishes to inform residents that paving operations are scheduled for Thursday, July 1st, through Wednesday July 14th, weather permitting.

The following roadways will be affected:

Gleedsville Manor Drive,
Lucketts Bridge Circle from Gleedsville to Oatlands Grove Place,
Oatlands Grove Place from Lucketts Bridge Circle to Taylorstown Hunt Place,
Hillsboro Hunt Drive.

Paving and related operations typically commence by 7AM in the morning and may extend until 7 PM in the evening. Paving operations will not be occurring during the weekends. Likewise, paving operations will be suspended on July 5th in observance of the July 4th Holiday.

Motorists are asked to use caution when driving in these areas during the paving operations.

Be advised that driving on the tar like substance applied prior to asphalt placement, will stick to tires, and potentially stain driveways and driveway aprons. Residents are asked to avoid driving on the tack coat whenever possible.
While access to homes will not be blocked, it is requested that no vehicles be parked on the streets until paving operation have finished. Vehicles remaining on the streets during paving operations will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense. Residents will be allowed to park in their driveways and are strongly encouraged to do so.

Unexpected conditions may occur after this notification is delivered that will cause the above dates to change slightly. Toll Brothers, Inc. will make every attempt possible to inform all affected residents of any changes to the schedule.
