Community Trash Guidelines

Trash is picked up Tuesday and Friday each week. Recycling is picked up each Tuesday. Yard waste is collected on Wednesdays from March 1st - December 24th. Containers should be at the curb by 6 a.m. the day of pick-up. The evening after pick-up all containers should be returned to your garage and stored out of view. |

AAA will NOT Pickup: Flammable products, motor oil, paint cans, construction trash/renovation debris, tires, animal carcasses, manure, tree stumps, mulch, dirt, soil, sod, stone, rock, brick, concrete, lead, acid/wet cell batteries, railroad ties, landscaping timbers, toxic materials, bio-hazardous materials, needles or medical waste, propane/oxygen/helium tanks, items containing gas or oil, explosives, live ammunition or weapons, large amounts of animal waste, oversized brush (longer than 4 feet in length or 6 inches in diameter), bags weighing more than 50 pounds or any items that cannot be safely loaded by our crews for removal or any items that may damage our hauling equipment, and any other material excluded from the disposal site, or any applicable state or federal law, as being hazardous or toxic. Yard Waste Preparation: Brush and limbs must be cut into 4-foot lengths, bundled with rope or twine and should not exceed 50 pounds. Tree limbs that are larger than 6 inches in diameter and 4 feet in length will not be collected. All unbundled brush will be considered a special pick-up. Dirt, rocks and stones will not be collected. Recycling: For your convenience the recyclable items are listed on the lid of your covered recycling container. |
