Greetings Loudoun Valley Estates Torpedoes Families!
Wow!!! We already have over 100 children registered for our 2011 Season with our Loudoun Valley Estates Torpedoes! We can't wait to start another year of fun and competition. As mentioned prior Coach Lauren DePont will be returning again to lead our Torpedoes Swim Team. We're quickly running out of open spots and we're happily inviting all new swimmers to join along with our legacy LVE Torpedoes for this season.
Announcing Swim Suit Fitting Date
Last In-Person Registration AND Swim Suit Fitting: Saturday, April 16th 12:00-2:00pm at the Clubhouse
Registered Swim Families can come by the Clubhouse on April 16th to meet with a representative from Cassels to purchase a Torpedoes Swim Suit.

Suit and Equipment Requirements
- Team swimsuits: Girls $45.50, Boys $29.40 (suits are purchased through Cassels).
- Fins, Kick Board, and Goggles
2011 LVE Torpedoes Swim Team Fees:
$25 Registration per family
$50 Registration per Non LVE Family or Late Registration (after 4/24)
1st Swimmer $120
2nd Swimmer $110
3rd Swimmer $100 (for 3 or more; each child)
Announcing the new "Mini Torpedoes"
For younger children between 4 and 7 that are beginner swimmers (can't swim the length of the pool)
$150 for 2 days a week for the entire Torpedoes season 30 minute segments (two- 2 day a week sessions will be offered).
Limited to 16 total positions
As in prior years, swimmers have to participate in at least 2 meets and parents need to volunteer for 5 meets regardless of their childs participation in the meets. We are looking to fill some key Board and Organizational positions that include Vice President, Spirit Wear leader, Extra Computer Operator, Sponsor Coordinator, and Concessions Coordinator. Each lead position has a discount for their children involved this year.
We're going to have another excellent season filled with fun and development as they grow their swimming skills! We can't wait to see all of the families again! Welcome aboard to our new members just joining this year and a special welcome back to last year's Torpedoes families!
