Not only is it unsafe but parking on the street in the wrong direction (driver side to the curb) is illegal in Loudoun County (see item 10 below), and the State of Virginia. Please take a moment and refresh your memory on the parking laws. |

Just a friendly reminder – trash cans and recycling toters should be stored out of sight. So, if you hide them in your bushes where we can still see them they are NOT out of sight. And if you park them on your driveway in plain view they are NOT out of sight. It is a small thing but it goes a long way to keeping the community a nice place to live. Thanks. |

Trash is picked up Tuesday and Friday each week. Recycling is picked up each Tuesday. Yard waste is collected on Wednesdays from March 1st - December 24th. Containers should be at the curb by 6 a.m. the day of pick-up. The evening after pick-up all containers should be returned to your garage and stored out of view. |

With the support of the Board of Directors the Open Spaces Committee has contracted with a firm to clear dangerous trees in proximity to the walking paths. The work is in progress and will be completed over the next several weeks. This work is part of the OSC's plan to save our trees many of which are in distress for one reason or another. As funding permits work will be done in all of our tree save areas to remove/chip the fallen material, trim, de-vine and plant new trees to ensure we have trees for years to come. The OSC has done a great job at getting the survey done, and the plans are in place to ensure this community has trees for many years to come. |

As of March 1st LVE’s yard waste collection is in effect each Wednesday. Please contact AAA or the On-Site Office if your yard waste is not collected. Do not put your yard waste at the curb for collection prior to Tuesday night as it detracts from the beauty of the community. |
